The problem with most snack foods is they are often filled with refined ingredients, excessive sugar or salt, and provide empty calories. They don't contribute to your nutritional needs. At SEEDLY, we wanted to address this problem by creating snacks that not only taste great, but are also beneficial for your health.

My journey to creating SEEDLY started at home. Growing up, our family emphasized health. Packaged snacks and sugary drinks were absent from our pantry. It wasn't until I went to college and was exposed to the poor food options available that I began thinking about a solution. An architecture project introduced me to hempcrete, which led to my discovery of the myriad benefits of hemp. I then wondered, could other seeds also be as beneficial? And could these seeds be incorporated into snack foods to enhance their nutritional value?

I began by experimenting with homemade seed snacks, sharing them with friends at school. Encouraged by the positive feedback, I teamed up with Cornell University to refine my formulas for commercial production. Between 2019 and 2022, I tested over 20 different products and formulations, developed the SEEDLY brand, and finally landed on our star product: SEED BARK.

SEED BARK perfectly exemplifies the SEEDLY mission. It's a delicious snack that's also a powerhouse of nutrition, packed with proteins, fiber, and omega-3s from seeds.

In a world filled with fad diets, there are two universally accepted truths about health: the benefits of whole, unrefined foods and the importance of not overeating. From the very beginning, SEEDLY's mission has been to create foods that meet these two criteria. Our snacks not only satiate cravings but also provide nutrient-rich, organic, and unrefined nourishment.
